Kim Cervantes - Owner/Managing Broker
Kim started her career in property management in 2012, in multi-family management. She worked her way up to Senior Property Manager before venturing into single family home management. In 2016, she was voted in as Treasurer of the SW WA Chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Management) and then as President from 2019-2021. In 2021, she opened Freedom NW Property Management, LLC.

At Freedom NW Property Management, LLC, our vision is to provide property owners and residents with a hassle-free property management. We designed the business model to be fair, ethical and straightforward.
